Groomers World are a UK based supplier of dog accessories and grooming salon products. Some of their products include scissors, baths, fragrances, shampoos, dryers, brushes and so much more. They provide large bundles as well as smaller bundles at affordable prices for dog grooming salons, and they ship internationally.

SERVICES WE PROVIDED:

Brief:

Groomers World needed an up-to-date, eye catching website which allows their customers to easily navigate to buy products. They also required various graphic design and print services for their stalls at the Crufts dog show, as well as social media management for brand awareness and brand consistency.

Solution:

Madhouse worked closely with Groomers World to refresh/redesign their E-commerce website keeping brand consistency throughout. We made sure to be matching across all of their marketing materials from their social media platforms to the website banners. We also helped Groomers World stand out at large events with printed flyers and banner stands.

Outcome:

We produced a brand-new engaging and functional website with brand consistency throughout. An easy to navigate shopping system for their customers, which is focused around their UX. We have also created printed marketing materials, such as flyers and leaflets to hand out at their events. We then devised a social media strategy to increase customer engagement across all their social media platforms. Now we continue to work together on an ADHOC basis for support with graphic design, print, and support with website amends. This all helps to drive the business forwards, ensuring business growth and return of investment.

I can’t sing the praises of Madhouse Media enough. I contacted madhouse media for 1000 flyers A5 single sided, however, they gave me a great deal for 5000 double sided. I sent the photos over to them along with my logo and information and they did the rest. There was a problem with the resolution of the logo I sent over so they redesigned it for me at a great price and it looks fantastic. They were in constant contact with me sending over initial drafts and final drafts and once the final draft was accepted the flyers were with me a couple days later. I will be using madhouse media Ltd again in the future for more flyers and business cards. Highly recommended!
